The final report of the Small-Scale Fisheries (SSF) Summit, held on 2-4 September 2022 in Rome, Italy, has been published.
The main purpose and format of the Small-Scale Fisheries (SSF) Summit 2022 was to create a real opportunity to promote dialogue between small-scale fishers and fisheries workers, key partners and decision-makers ahead of the 35th Session of the Committee on Fisheries of FAO (COFI) on 5-9 September in Rome, Italy.
The forum was attended by 145 participants from 47 countries, among which the European Association of Black Sea Fishermen participated from the Bulgarian side.
