Today, March 16, the Chairman of the European Association of Fishermen in the Black Sea Dr. Dimitrina Kostova participated in an online meeting of Working Group 2 and Focus Group 2 of the Advisory Council for the Black Sea (BlSAC).
The topics of catching vulnerable species and fishing for Black Sea sharks were discussed at the meetings. For the work of the meetings, the BlSAC will prepare a position, which will be submitted to the EC.
The meetings were attended by representatives of the EC, institutions, business, science, the Managing Authority of the Maritime and Fisheries Program, other stakeholders and members of the BlSAC.
