Dr. Dimitrina Kostova, who is Chairman of the European Black Sea Fishermen Association will participate with the presentation “Effective Measures for the Productivity and Safety of Small-Scale Fishermen (SSF)” at the Round Table “Sustainable Fishing in the Black Sea”.
The presentation focuses on the expectations of SSF from an active and productive dialogue between the Black Sea Advisory Council (BISAC) and the non-governmental sector, the resources directly related to the effectiveness and safety of SSF. Key conclusions are achieving sustainability in the industry.
The Forum will be held on June 25, 2019 in Constanta, Romania, organized by the BISAC. Representatives of the Marine Research Institute Grigor Antipa, Bulgarian Science Institutes, Executive Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture from Bulgarian and Romanian side, NGOs and others will also be present.
