On November 12 and 13, 2019 at the Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel, Varna, will be held a meetings of Working Groups 1 and 2 of the Black Sea Advisory Council. The meetings, which will be attended by the Chairman of the The European Black Sea Fishermen Association, Dr. Dimitrina Kostova, will discuss the status of the Black Sea rapeseed stock and the stock of native fish species for the Black Sea and quota trends. A recommendation will be made to the EC on the criteria for determining small-scale fisheries in the Black Sea. Representatives of scientific organizations and administrative structures will express their views and positions.
A General Assembly of the Advisory Council on the Black Sea will be held on November 14, adopting the 2020 work program and discussing the topics of the working groups for the coming year.
